Raffles Istanbul Hotel

The hotel was a luxurious experience with excellent staff who knew our needs before we did. The spacious and comfortable rooms with amazing bathrooms and showers were a treat. The breakfast was top-notch and the fast wifi was a bonus. The hotel also had a spa, swimming pool, and a shopping center with the best shops and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for families.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I was treated like royalty. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I was impressed by the luxurious amenities provided. the Spa & wellness centre had a variety of services to choose from, including a relaxing facial and massage. the outdoor swimming pool was clean, and the sun loungers were comfortable. the garden area was well maintained, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy city. the restaurant and bar offered delicious meals and refreshing drinks, and I enjoyed the special diet menus provided. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages, including a private balcony with a beautiful view and in-room breakfast service.

Overall it is a magnificent hotel and we liked our stay, the location was unbeatable close to everything. Pretty friendly staff, good service, new-fashioned and well-appointed rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main shopping malls and conveniently situated close to the main sights. It is also close to the second bridge, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed with a pillow menu. The bathroom was fantastic, with double sinks and a large bath with a mirror TV. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food.

This hotel provided a luxury experience with exclusive amenities like the Spa & Wellness Centre and the indoor heated swimming pool. the service was impeccable, with attentive and professional staff fulfilling all our needs.

The location was a bit far from some tourist attractions. We experienced a minor issue with the room's air conditioning, but the staff quickly resolved it.
